Treasury

The Treasurer ensures that all funds received are deposited into the Association's account within forty-eight hours, keeps records of deposits and withdrawals, certifies all withdrawals, and presents the Association's financial position — including the bank statement — at every general sitting and fourteen days before leaving office. The Treasurer is a signatory to the account. The Financial Secretary works alongside and acts in the office where the Treasurer is under sanction. Both offices require a mathematical or accounting background.
